Following initial connection, an in-person consultation will be scheduled to view the property and walk through the Stonehouse Property Management lease model outlined below.
Stage 1: Property viewing and Consultation.
Stage 2: Lease offer with draft agreement appended.
Stage 3: Lease review and signing.
Following signing, automated monthly rental payments are set up for the duration of the lease. Stonehouse Property Management are dedicated to ensuring you, the property owner enjoys a hands off experience for the remainder of the lease, with the knowledge your property is being tastefully furnished, maintained and carefully subleased as a high end vacation rental.
